Born in the Bronx to two amazing Puerto Rican hairstylists who worked in Manhattan, I learned to love the smell of Dippity-do and Aquanet. I loved how my parents dressed up to go to work. Their impeccable clothes, the perfect hair and the delicious cologne was groovy & sensual. I was mesmerized by the chatter of women at the Salon who invested in their beauty and all things fabulous. It was enticing. I got to watch these transformations and celebrations unfold while I played with my doll’s hair in a corner. I was trying to imitate what I saw. I loved how the ladies gave me hugs, quarters and candy. I felt lucky!

However, my Latino parents made it very clear that being a beautician would not be for me. I had to go to college! I did and it was good. After a few great years in Corporate America and in the world of nonprofit, came baby number three and I needed flexibility. Makeup artistry came naturally to me, so I got licensed and soon was managing a MedSpa.

Now with over 15 years of experience, a mom to 3 ambitious kids, married to my best friend for over 30 years, an entrepreneur and caretaker for my mother with dementia - I deeply lean into the importance of all things beauty, health & wellness to empower and sustain me. Self-care is non-negotiable. It allows me to show up powerfully for these extraordinary souls I call family and for my clients. As Founder and Botanical Formulator of Luscious Allure LLC, my all-natural wellness products are inspired by ancient healing botanical oils that soothe and calm the Mind +Body.

My passion is to help others feel their most beautiful selves whether through luscious aromas or makeup artistry.

My fabulous clients have taught me just how fun being a makeup artist can be. Their confidence and trust have led me to bring out their gorgeousness with pigments and a brush. And so, every bride glows as she walks down the aisle, every executive headshot reveals their expertise through a confident smile, bright eyes, and flawless skin, and every young girl that goes to her Prom or celebrating her Bat Mitzvah will feel like the prettiest girl in the room.
