Inhale deeply through your nose, allowing your belly to rise like a gentle wave. Exhale slowly through your mouth, feeling your belly gently fall. Repeat this belly breathing for a few minutes, focusing on the soothing rhythm of your breath.

Box Breathing

Unleash the power of breath with this simple technique. Find a quiet place to sit comfortably. Inhale deeply through your nose for a count of four. Hold your breath for the same count of four.
